This vintage Taxco Mexico sterling silver 925 abalone butterfly pin brooch is a beautiful piece of fine jewelry. The butterfly shape and use of abalone as the main stone give it a unique and elegant look. Note the abalone seems to have lost a bit of its color. The last photo was taken after adding a tiny bit of oil which brought out the color.
