Barbecue seasoning, Seasoning, 20 pcs. 15 g each.
The word "shashlik" itself comes from the Crimean Tatar word "shishlyk" - meaning "something on a spit". The seasoning will give your shashlik a special aromatic and spicy flavor and give it a wonderful taste. Add as indicated in the recipe.
Ingredients: spices (coriander, cumin, mustard seed, red pepper, anise, allspice, black pepper, nutmeg, fennel, turmeric), dried vegetables (paprika, garlic), salt, marjoram.

COOKING SHASHLIK
You will need: 1 kg of meat, 3 onions, 1 lemon, shashlik seasoning from Pripravych, salt. Cut the meat into pieces weighing 30-40 g, put in an enamel bowl, add finely chopped onion, seasoning, lemon juice, salt to taste, mix and leave for 4-6 hours in a cool place to marinate. Then string the meat on skewers and cook over hot coals. The shashlik can also be cooked on the grill or in the oven. When serving, garnish the shashlik with fresh herbs, vegetables and pomegranate seeds!
