Item description
Daredevil, by Stan Lee, Marvel Comics Group:Vol. 1, No. 177. December 1981 and No. 178, January 1982.
Vol. 1, No. 177, January, 1982. "where Angels Fear to Tread!"
Stick returns to help his former pupil, Daredevil, confront his inner demons and restore his lost radar sense. Meanwhile, The Daily publishes a damning exposรฉ on Wilson Fisk's chosen candidate for Mayor of New York, casting doubt on the campaign's legitimacy. As tensions rise, Elektra's actions draw the attention of Kingpin himself, setting the stage for a deadly confrontation.
Vol. 1, No. 178, January 1982. "Daredevil Meets Power Man and Iron Fist!"
Elektra survives an assassination attempt ordered by the Kingpin, who invites her to work for him after she defeats the attackers and infiltrates his heavily guarded tower. Meanwhile, Matt Murdock (Daredevil) tries to protect a whistleblower named Sheldon, whose evidence could incriminate a corrupt mayoral candidate, but complications arise when Heroes for Hire intervene, leading to the destruction of key evidence and conflicting loyalties in court. The chase culminates at a parade, where Daredevil, Power Man, and Iron Fist eventually unite to help Sheldon, only to lose the critical checks amid the chaos, while Elektra prepares for her new role under the Kingpinโs command.
