Synopsis:
The story spans from 1912 to the outbreak of World War I in 1914. The title and estate of Count Grantham can only be inherited by male heirs simultaneously. The current Count Robert saved his estate by marrying the extremely wealthy Cora, and her huge fortune became a permanent part of the Count's assets according to the contract. The count without children can only make his nephew Patrick the legal heir (i.e. the fianc é of his eldest daughter Mary). But Patrick died in the Titanic accident, and their distant relative Matthew will inherit everything from them, including the Countess's personal fortune. What will be the story of the inheritance of property, the emotional entanglement between Mary and Matthew, and the relationship between the Grantham family and their servants?
