Preheat the oven to 200C. Do not use the grill function. Place the ribs in the bag from the top of the package and add the spices from the bottom of the package. Close the bag with the attached clasp at a distance of 6-8 cm from the top of the bag. Gently turn the bag to distribute the spice evenly over the meat. Place the bag in an oven-proof dish, do not cover. Place in a preheated oven and bake on the lower level for 70 minutes. After removing from the oven, cut off the end of the bag with the clasp.
