This Computer was powered on only (please view pictures). This computer posts video however it would not boot past "Testing". The hard drive has been pulled for privacy/security reasons. You will receive the exact item shown. There are no cables or accessories included. . I am accepting offers so please feel free to send me a reasonable offer. Computer was tested using a LCD monitor, with a makeshift cable converted to VGA. We do not have access to any software disks, keyboard, sound module or any other accessories that could have helped with further testing. We are not in on the weekends, so if a question is sent past 5:00 cst Friday we will not be able to reply until Monday. WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. If your item is less than $40.00 and weighs less than 2 lbs. We may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion. I've won multiple items. Can you combine shipping? Possibly. Depending on the size of the items you purchased, we may be able to combine your order and save you some money on shipping. We ONLY ship to the continental United States. This means NO Alaska, Hawaii, or ANY other country or territory. UPS only ships to street addresses. They will not ship to a P.O. box. UPS will not ship to a military base / address. UPS will deliver to a college dormitory. If paying with PayPal, we can only ship to the confirmed address as listed with them. If you live in the Cedar Rapids (Iowa) area, you may pick up the item in person. Please call/email first so we can have the item in the store and ready for pick up. Description of Warranty: Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item for RMA number. If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. UPS will require your daytime phone number to schedule a pick up. Please do not file an return for transit damaged items. Item MUST be returned at buyers expense. We will make every effort to resolve any issue via phone (319-845-2000) or email prior to this. Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will NOT be reimbursed. Item must be packaged in original shipping materials. Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days. If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued. If item is found to be in advertised working condition, buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00, whichever is greater. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
