These speedfit quick connect valves use push-fit technology. The quick disconnection makes installation easy without the need for any tools. This valve has a 1/4 turn from open to closed. These valves are manufactured in white polypropylene with food grade EPDM 'O' Rings for use with potable water. For use with other potable liquids, please refer to our Customer Services department for guidance. The valves have high chemical resistance, but are not suitable for air or inert gases. Hence, these are not to be used with compressed air, explosive gases, petroleum spirits and other fuels or for heating systems.
