If you have any questions about if this part will fit your vehicle, please call or text 251-375-2135 Transfer Cases are sold as good working used parts. These will only be used with AWD/4x4 vehicles. Exterior sensors are usually included; however, sensors are not covered under our warranty and may need replacing. Transfer cases are drained before shipment, therefore, they must be flushed and filled with new fluid. All seals/gaskets must be replaced prior to install. This is a freight item! All excessively large or heavy items must be sent via freight truck. Item must be sent to a commercially zoned address capable and willing to unload the freight. Alternatively, item may be picked up from a freight terminal (We can locate a terminal closest to you if you supply us with your ZIP code). If those options do not work for you, item can be sent to a residential home address for an additional $85 fee. If you cannot unload the item and require unloading, an additional $85 fee will apply. Hospitals, Schools, Farms, Storage Units, Home Business, Airports, No Truck/Limited Access zones and Military Bases are not accepted as a valid commercially zoned address. Freight Items We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. There will be an extra charge if you ask for liftgate service. We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. Shipping Deadlines We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 2:00 CST. Terms Terms Most parts we sell through Motors come with a 90-warranty unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. To return an item you must contact us within the 90 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
