Item description
Residential automatic door bottom. Spring loaded door bottom sweep. Door bottom is only available at 36" long. May be cut down to 24" minimum length. Pemko Residential Automatic Door Bottom Sweeps consist of an aluminum case which surrounds a movable drop bar seal. The drop bar seal is actuated by a plunger which contacts the jamb as the door is closing, forcing the drop bar seal down against the floor or threshold. The plunger requires low "FeatherTouch" closing force to actuate the drop bar seal. Finish: Dark Bronze
