Light spine reading creases, modest spine edge wear, some light cover creasing, a clipped page corner and a few light page corner creases, light page toning a store stamp on the fiirst page. I detected no markings in the book (if used as intended by the former owner, it would likely have many pen or pencil marks/writing). The binding is secure.
