(5) Our Designer will produce the diagrams of the final looks of each room. (6) We will calculate the Total Price. (7) Customers sign the contract. (8) Customers pay for the 50% of the total Contracted price (the paid USD1000 can be used to offset). (9) We will buy all the Materials, Electric Appliances, Furniture and ship to your address by Sea from China. It takes about 2 months to arrive your address. (10) In case, your country's customs need to charge import tariffs, customers will bear the import tariffs by paying your country's customs directly. (11) Our prices are based on using our Staff. If you need to use your people locally, please discuss with us to alter the price accordingly. (12) After our staff have arrived your location, please pay 30% of the amount. (13) The renovation works take about 3-4 weeks. Please pay the rest of the balance 20% one week before our Staff have finished all the works. Warranty Period: 1 Year (If our Engineer needs to go to your location, customers bear the transportation, accommodation and meal costs in addition to the USD200 Daily (include travelling time) fee per Engineer).
