So now she wears a death mask from her past human self on her current robotic body. Materials and Processing: The Ash mask was made with a precision 3D printer from high quality PLA filament. This mask has the greatest strength from all of my current masks, due to its thick walls and reinforced inner structure. After the printing, it went through a careful sanding and primer painting process before it got its base colors. We used my classic weathering techniques to create that stone/porcelain like, weathered look. As one of the final steps, we've added our own fine and unique details to got this thing alive and made it as real and authentic as possible. The mask itself is a one piece, 1:1 - true to size replica of the original. The base part and the dark grey sections are not separable.
