c.1930's French art deco wrought iron spring steel chairs by Francois Carre.
measure 21 1/2" wide, 37" tall, seat front to back 28", with a 17" seat height.
****Garden
chair with rocking cantilevered bases and sunburst pattern spring seats
and backs. "Also known as a ?Pinwheel? chair, designed by Francois
Carre in France, who received his first patent for garden furniture in
1866. The spring seats and backs make the chairs very comfortable."
In very good vintage condition for age with surface rust.
