All orders must provide a phone number in case the courier must contact your for customs or delivery. Returns Returns must be processed with 30 days of purchase. Returns process is simple. To process a return: Go to your purchase history. Find the item you purchased. To the right of the item there's a drop down menu with a "return this item" option. Follow steps to print a return label from your printer. Package securely and Seal up the package and tape the label to the package and give the package to the shipping company. If there is any defect in the product upon delivery, Octane Lighting is to be notified by the purchaser within 24 hours otherwise the product will be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition. Warranty on all brand new products will be the manufacturer's warranty and at the manufacturers discretion. The warranty does not apply: In respect of any consumables or other consumables in respect of the product or any part of the product. Where the purchaser is in breach of any of our terms and conditions. Shipping can be upgraded at your expense. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable, or an incomplete address, you are responsible for all reshipment costs. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued less the cost of all shipping.
