SIGNED AND INSCRIBED IN BLACK INK TO DR. DANTE.
THE PHOTO IS IN VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION.
THERE IS A MINOR PAPER CLIP INDENTATION AT THE TOP LEFT OF THE PHOTO.
THE PHOTO COMES FROM THE ESTATE OF LONGTIME TONIGHT SHOW WRITER HAL GOODMAN AND INCLUDES A COPY OF A HAND WRITTEN NOTE BY HAL ON CARSON TONIGHT, INC. LETTERHEAD.
Ronald Pellar aka Dr. Dante (d.2013) was an american hypnotist and fraudster who also performed under the stage name Ronald Dante and who was briefly married to actress Lana Turner.
Johnny Carson famously sued Dr. Dante for $51 million over the unauthorized use of his picture to endorse his clinic. Dante counter-sued for $1 billion.
