Dr. McGee has a rich background of many years as pastor, teacher, lecturer, and author. He is in wide demand as a Bible conference speaker. For about 20 years he was a visiting Bible lecturer at Dallas Theological Seminary and served for several years as head of the English Bible department of the Bible Institute of Los Angeles. He has pastored Presbyterian churches in Decatur, Georgia; Nashville, Tennessee; Cleburne, Texas; and Pasadena, California; as well as the interdenominational Church of the Open Door in Los Angeles, California, from which he retired in 1970 after 21 years of ministry.
