If the item is confirmed to be DOA, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs, within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover items damaged during installation or due to improper handling, misuse, or neglect. Returns for reasons other than DOA will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees.
