You
are bidding on a super cool estate sale find, a hard to read, hand written old document for some 313 acres in Maryland with what looks like a detailed history of the land back to 1654! Last date seen is 1785. The name in line one is Samuel Dickinson. I can't make out the county a few lines later. Old embossed stamp in lower left of page 2, Callahan Reg, Land Office of the State of Maryland. Could be an interesting history if you can read this thing. It's one large folded piece of paper as shown. About 12 7/8 inches tall, 15 1/2 inches wide. Zoom in for details. Very good shape, folds, browning, light general wear as shown, neat piece to frame.
