Vintage Bit O' Gold California Carrots store and 50 similar items

This is a vintage plastic bag that at some point in the distant past had fresh carrots in it. I sourced this in an estate sale find of board games where this empty clean bag was used to hold game pieces. There is no UPC code on the bag so a little research tells me either it's pre-2004 when codes were mandatory or perhaps pre 1974 as the game this item was found in was vintage 1970s era games. It was sourced in the Albany NY area. The logo is a rabbit holding a carrot with it's arms out which was registered as a trademark in 1985 yet doesn't have the words Merits pride on it as that logo does. Maybe it's vintage maybe it's just a plastic bag so figured I'd see if there is an interest in this out in the world. Thanks for reading! Please email any questions.
