Gate-fold cover looks great; a few creases near edges; no scuffing (front/back). Inner-gate can't be evaluated due to shrink. Inner-sleeve is poly-lined paper with edges rounded and clear tape in bottom corners. Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top-edge, heavier wear along right/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. Poster/insert not included. (Not a cut-out.)
