Kai cutlery utility knife.
Japanese style fruit knife with fitted wooden sheath. Ideal for kitchen/ picnic/ travel/ all purpose.
Blade length - 3 3/4" (9.5 cm)
Blade is high carbon stainless steel. Ground to a fine edge for easy slicing and easy sharpening. Knife is for slicing and not for rough use. Suitable for right or left hand.
Handle is made from a single piece of hardwood with a D type cross section in the traditional Japanese style.
Matching sheath is also made from solid wood. The sheath is made to fit closely and does not fall out but the knife can still be drawn quickly and easily with one hand.
Handle and sheath are natural wood and the wood grain will be different on each knife.
New and unused.
