One of the transistors popped off the board and it just needs to be soldered back on before use. The solder break is really clean and there doesn't appear to be any damage to either the board or the transistor. It just seems to have been soldered on poorly and it came off when unplugging the cords from a unit that was being salvage for other reasons. Comes from a Smoke Free and Pet-Free home.
