How to get a refund on item that customer never paid for????
I requested the refund and was instructed to do the [URL removed] Just visit the offer (Selling Dashboard -> Items Sold), and click 'Mark as Unpaid'. I can find 2 places to mark as "paid" but nothing that says "Mark as Unpaid"
