When i set up my account, i agreed to set my pricing to reflect savings over ebay fees. i want to change my pricing to match ebay pricing. how do i change this setting?

Listing on ebay from bonanza fees

Okay, I listed a few items on ebay since Bonanza made it so easy. But, I was charged a 30 cent fee for some. Where do I pay this fee. Is it 30 cents for 30 days?
