Are we allowed to sell diabetic test strips?

When you are looking at an item on bonanza, there is a link which says "got one like this to sell? sell it on bonanza", but if you click it, it does not take you to a partially filled out add item page? what gives?

When I saw this link I assumed it would work like the one on Amazon
