How do i pay my bonanza seller fee of 50 cents? where is the "pay now" button?

My seller fee is only 50 cents. How do I pay it? I don't want to use my tokens, as it's not a whole dollar and I will be losing the whole dollar.

Is there a dollar limit on how much i can sell in a month?

Ebay allows me 10 items and no more than $500.00 each month. Do you have a limit? I have 1 item to sell that is more than that.
