I had the same problem myself. Several hours after I asked this question in the forum, I got an email from support however.

I went to see your booth and it appears to be active, but with no items listed.

Aqua_Supercenter, I can see your booth and the items you have listed.

Perhaps the Bonanza Elves are on a long cookie break (in their Hollow Tree) tying one on with the Keebler Elves.
I think the Bonanza staff runs on a shoestring amount of workers and they are just overwhelmed with what they need to handle here.

Yes, I agree, sometimes posting here does move you higher on the list it seems.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
