Thanks for reaching out @melneda and congratulations on your recent sales! We are sorry for any confusion surrounding the seller fees. The reason you are seeing different fees is due to your items being set up to advertise on other platforms, such as Google Shopping. The way advertising works is that we pay up front to list your items on those other sites, then you’ll pay us a slightly higher fee when an item sells. The fee for each sale will be somewhere between 3.5% and your selected maximum commission, depending on the role advertising played in the sale, how many views it received, etc. If you hover your mouse over the blue “i” icon by each order on your Bonanza bill, you can view all the advertising details for the sale. We will always charge you the lowest commission possible and it will never exceed your maximum commission. You can read more about how advertising commission is determined on the following [URL removed]

Advertising your listings is entirely optional and you are welcome to choose a lower commission or disable advertising entirely if you would like. You can view and edit your advertising preferences by pointing your mouse over the "Selling” link in the upper left corner of any page and selecting “Advertise Items”. Thank you and please let us know if you have any further questions.

There is no 12.5%, but 13%.
Maybe you clicked on it by mistake. Because it’s very easy to click, almost like pointing on it. No Saving. All it takes is ONE CLICK, and it is saved.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
