LindaM, I ordered incenses from a Chinese seller.
It took 7 or 8 weeks for it to arrive.
It’s not the seller’s fault. They can’t control what Chinese postal services are doing or NOT doing.

Have you contacted the seller? You placed the order on 11/27 which is still early for delivery considering the item is being shipped from China. so it will take some time getting to you, even here in the states mail delivery is slow right now due to the holiday. but i would contact the seller and wait a bit longer.

The transit time from China to most locations in Europe and the United States is roughly 29 – 35 days. However, keep in mind that it can take a few days – sometimes up to a whole week – before your cargo is loaded in the port of loading in China. The same thing is true in the Port of Destination, it usually takes 2 – 3 days before your cargo is cleared and ready for pick up. A lot of sellers from China do the cheapest shipping method of Sea Freight.
Definitely send the seller a message if you have not done so. You can also go through the resolution center here on Bonanza as CindyBear suggested as well as open a dispute on Paypal if you paid via that method, then escalate the dispute to a claim if you get no item or response from the seller.
The seller appears to have been active on 12/18/15 according to their profile page. Looking at their feedback, there have been issues with delivery of items from other buyers over the last few months.
