Where do i update the items on the packing slip like the picture and the message?

I can’t find any place that the message on the packing slip is stored, or the picture in the upper right corner.

Each packing slip is unique to the invoice

There is a link on invoice that says

“View Packing Slip”

This will have the correct item(s) as well as picture for the sale

You can also Scroll down to bottom and see

Seller Message

Click on Edit

This will allow you to enter a message to be used for all packing slips or to individualize.

As to the picture?? not really sure what you are referring to, unless it is the bonanza logo

This cannot not be changed

See ccmom's booth

Go to SETTINGS >> PACKING SLIPS.
Locate the packing slip template you want to update and click the name.
In the editor, locate the shipment.line_items variable. …
The string of words displayed after “[URL removed]” indicate which data is displayed in each column.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
