You will have to direct that question to the seller..go to the seller’s page or to the item you purchased and click on Message Seller link
You can check the status of any purchase by going to Account Dashboard and click on purchases.
Also, did you check the location of the seller..if international (not located in US) it may take 3-6 weeks for items to arrive.

Bonanza is made up of thousands of sellers and any purchase questions should always be directed to the seller first and then to support after efforts to contact seller fail..
You may also wish to check your payment account (PayPal or Amazon Payments) to see if there is any information on your purchase, or to file a claim for item not received if you do not hear from seller
