This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi deesdailydeals,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for any confusion. By default, the eBay importer will only remove “Buy it Now” items which have sold on eBay. If you would like the importer to also remove auctions and listings which have ended, we recommend updating your import settings to “Always remove from my Bonanza store” (under the advanced import options). For best results, we recommend deleting your items from Bonanza and reimporting with the option indicated above to ensure that this setting applies to all of your listings. You can quickly and easily remove your items via the batch editor (My Booth > Batch edit items).

*Please note that if you manually end a listing on eBay for any of the following reasons, the listings will not be removed from your Bonanza booth automatically (you will need to manually remove these items from your Bonanza booth as well):
-Item no longer available
-Damaged or lost item
-Error in listing

Hope that helps. If you have additional questions, please let us know at support where we have the tools to review your account and eBay import [URL removed]

Thanks!

Is there a way to mark this answer so I can look at it again when I have more time?

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
