The “download delivery” you are referring to is probably the situation where you are selling an electronic file (music, pics, PDF file – recipes, patterns, etc.) that you deliver via email after a buyer purchases the item. If you have a Gold (or higher) membership, Bonanza will host your downloadable file and deliver that to the buyer after payment is made for the item. If you are not a member or have only a Silver membership, then you would have to manually send the file to the buyer through the buyer’s actual email address. This may or may not be the buyer’s PayPal address, so you should communicate with the buyer prior to sending the file. You cannot send the file through Bonanza Mail (B-Mail).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
