i have just opened my silverqueenuk account. importet all my listings from ebay. There is now identical account to mine with this user [URL removed] exact same items and I can not access that account. I am not sure how this happened but i remember having to put my card details twice thinking this is very weired. What do i do now? I have message the other seller to see if i would get a message myself but it appears no message have been received into my email which means it has gone to the other user which is obviously not me. What is going on here?

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
