I have a URL of www.tushaylingerie.com that I am trying to point to my webstore that I opened yesterday. I do not want it pointing to my booth.
I have the url maintained by a third party provider, and I have it pointed through them to my webstore and I have it added on my webstore settings. I get messages on any browser on any device I am using that either my computer is being hijacked, or the site isn’t found. Something about the security certificate on a site called crittercreekranch.com which I have no idea about
I want to make sure my customers can find me.
My husband has his url pointing to his Bonanza BOOTH with no problems for the past several months… it was pretty immediate and I have been waiting since yesterday on my url to clear through
What do I need to do?

I would contact your web hosting and/or domain name provider – any redirect to your Bonanza store has to be done through them, so maybe something is up on their end. Good luck!

Go to your domain provider and log into your account.
There is a place to redirect your domain to your shop on this site.
It’s quick and easy to do.

I have done everything, including contacting Bonanza support and support through my url provider. The weird thing is that I have another domain that within 5 minutes, I had pointing to my webstore with no problem!
If you click the link in my original post, you can see what happens.
I have done everything and configured everything per Bonanza’s instructions, so I guess I have to wait longer :-(
