What is the normal e-mail Support turnaround time? I have a few questions that were sent a few days ago to support on topic of CSV Imports. Questions were logged with a Support Ticket (received an e-mail with link) but when viewing the status of the ticket, there is no updated information. Thank You.

Glad to report that an e-mail was received this afternoon answering the various questions.
All set now! One very important point learned from Support about csv import files is only one file can be submitted at a time…a file must complete before submitting a second csv file. Had submitted a few and then wondered where they all went! Also learned that up to 75,000 line items can be submitted in one batch, and that was good to know as well, as I was keeping them under 200! (-:
Thank You to all!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
