Are you hitting “Save my changes” after you change it to how you want it? Also, try hitting update your booth, i dont think thats what it is, but its worth a try. Or maybe someone else will have an idea.

the shipping has to be cleared, before it can be changed, or a shipping profile added, if something already has a shipping option set up
You were on the right track with the Update items as a group (aka batch edit)
If you wish to use the same shipping profile
Open/make a listing
Set the shipping
Save the profile (give it a name)
Update Items as a group
Click on shipping
Select items you wish to change
Click on Clear domestic Shipping
Then click on Assign a Shipping Profile
Select the profile you want (you can make as many different profiles you want)
Apply Changes (to selected Items)
To make shipping changes, or add international changes in batch edit, the original shipping set up has to be cleared first….
or you can do it for each listing individually in edit mode
PS when making a new listing, use the drop down menu to set type of shipping

I just started listing tonight and I am having the same problem. My shipping option won’t “stick” after I save it. My listings shows “Free via Unspecified shipping type to United States” no matter what option I choose. The first two listing I did tonight saved correctly but the rest after that won’t save the shipping.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
