Seller won't respond to me

Hi,

Has anyone else dealt with this before-
I am interested in a Doll from a Seller here, it’s for my Birthday,
and I have now messaged the Seller twice to ask about the condition of the
doll etc, I messaged them before Thanksgiving and again after.
No Reply.

You would think they would want to make the sale .
I have contacted the support team at Bonanza too.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen ?

How does the Seller make sales if they do not respond to a Customer
Question ?

Sorry for your experience. Depending upon the time frames, perhaps the seller went away for the holiday.

I haven’t heard of any messaging problems on the site.

Please note that many sellers list items on several sites, and like all sites, some sellers probably just list their items and then don’t look after their store. Many of us are here every day.

I would wait and see if the seller gets back to you early this week, in case they’ve been away. In the meantime, you may want to start looking for a similar item, or a more responsive seller.

You can also go to main page of seller’s shop. Under avatar on left, click on View Profile. The profile page will show you when a seller last signed in to Bonanza. I wouldn’t bother with someone who does not maintain their booth regularly.

Why don’t you send your message via ‘Contact Seller’, right under the Avatar.
This will be delivered via e-mail. So, the seller doesn’t even have to check their booth chat daily.

Dear Leslie,

can You open once more the seller profile page and see the date She/He was logged in?

Near to the logo photo there are 2 dates, e.g. as on Your profile [URL removed]

joined 11/25/15 active 11/30/15

If the “active” date is prior than the day You sent the message, then it means the seller for some reason didn’t check booth this period.

If the date is more recent, then maybe some problem with messages delivery has occurred back then.

Yes, if they logged in today, hopefully you will get an answer today., They may have been out of town or any other number of reasons. Wishing you luck on getting that doll for your birthday! :)

I have the same problem, unfortunately I already paid for the item and the seller won’t answer me. Hasn’t signed in since Sunday, which is odd since she has orders. Page says item ships in 2-3 days. I have no idea if it did or not since there is no tracking and no communication. I won’t make this mistake again.

I am having a similar experience. Have contacted the seller twice and no response. They have not logged on in almost 2 weeks. I am even willing to pay the original price but I would like to see that they at least respond saying something!
