I bought 2 items 2 months ago and the seller never shipped. I want a refund if they don’t ship

You will need to contact the seller, since he/she is the person who can help you. Bonanza is comprised of individual sellers who sell items and collect payments directly. However, if you paid via PayPal, you should file a claim with PayPal for an item that was not received. Doing so may spur the seller into action. If not, PayPal will refund your payment to you.
You should also contact [email protected] to let them know that they may have an unresponsive seller. Bonanza can also put a little pressure on the seller.

what tom wayne said. if they haven’t shipped within a week I call paypal immediately. I think paypal has a 60 or 90 day limit to file for a refund though. don’t play around with sellers, I have been a online businessman for 6 years now. when I sell something I ship it or if I’m out of materials ((and it happens sometimes)) I will notify my client immediately. but yea take toms advice and contact paypal immediately
