Is there any way where we can ask bonanza to a partial fee refund? just had a sale but bonanza charged 30% of the amount (which i have selected). I know I have selected that percentage but it say they don’t charge that much and try to charge less whenever possible. But in this transaction they did and I am clearly losing money instead of making.

Bonanza spends money (upfront) on your behalf to advertise your items and the amount of FVF charged depends on the level of advertising you select. Bonanza gets paid ONLY when your item sells after being advertised. If it doesn’t sell, then you don’t pay for that advertising.
If you’re lucky and your item sells w/o a lot of that advertising money being spent for the exposure of your item, then it is possible that you might be charged less than the level (30% in your case) you selected.
Did you accept an offer lower than your booth price or offer a discount? If so, I can see where any profit might be taken by the 30% FVF. Sellers should consider all fees and discounts offered when pricing their products. While you certainly get a lot more exposure at 30% compared to 9%, your selling prices should definitely take a higher percentage into account.
Not sure what Bonanza will do for you, but try contacting them at [email protected]

Nope, not in this case. Your item sold over someone offering a lower fee so you don’t get to have your cake and eat it too. Choose the level that works for you, in most cases you will be charged the maximum fee you selected

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
