I sent what an invoice after I had clicked on it. The buyer and I had agreed on a price for a combined shipment. However, she accepted and I received the same offer back from her. My page said confirm this offer at the bottom, but when I scrolled down there was no confirm button only a cancel button. I’m confused. Thanks in advance for the help!

@hobbyfarm815, sounds like there is confusion with that process. We attempted to reproduce this and also identify the confusion in your account and could not. If you are able to reproduce it again, please do send us the steps that you are taking to support so we can address. Thanks and congrats on your sales!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
