Hi,
When I view my booth, some of my photos have been enlarged in one direction and thus seriously distorted in the booth. (If I open and view the listing, the photos are fine.) How do I make sure booth photo does not get distorted?
Thanks

I see a couple problems with your photos. First, the thumbnails for additional pictures are all the same as the first photo, even though the additional pics are different. That’s definitely an issue on Bonanza’s end for your booth.
Second I see what you mean about the distortion. Have you tried this?
Go to Selling Dashboard > Booth Settings > Booth Appearance
Under that menu there is an option “Allow item image cropping” Change that to NO. That is automatically set to YES and will try to cram and stretch the whole image into your booth catalog page.
See if that helps? That’s all I got though.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
