Overturning dmca

I’m aware of Bonanza policies regarding DMCA.

“You may contact the Brand Protection Agent to request permission to sell your item or you may send a counter-notice, pursuant to 512(g)(2) and (3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to the Brand Agent.”

“If a request or counter-notice from the Member is received by the Brand Protection Agent, and an agreement is reached, the Brand Protection Agent may then contact Bonanza to state the specifics of the agreement and provide permission for the item to be relisted by the Member.”

If previously suspended for DMCA, and the Brand Protection Agent (Company who filed DMCA) contacts Bonanza indicating that the seller has the right to list the items and/or that the DMCA has been revoked, can the account suspension be overturned? I was never able to remedy the issue since suspension is permanent and support will not respond or accept any documentation.

The issue is that if I contact support, the e-mail is ignored or the same automated response is sent saying that the account cannot be re-instated. I understand valid reasons for suspension, of course. But it definitely does not seem right to keep a seller suspended if the DMCA can be cleared up.

Support still completely ignores/blocks any e-mails. I really hope that a staff member can manually assist, as I just want to clear the DMCA that resulted in account suspension (as detailed in Bonanza policies).
