Any booth without a pro membership is limited to 10,000 unless given permission from support.
You have a pro membership on your first booth so you were allowed 75000 items. If you wish to upgrade to pro for the second booth then you can increase the number of items or contact support for approval above the 10000 limit for a non-pro membership booth
However, if you plan on opening a second booth with the exact same items then you may not be approved, but then again, things change, originally not allowed since listing duplications in google is not allowed

You can’t list the same items under multiple booths. You also are not suppose to duplicate items in the same booth. Plus you will only hurt yourself by possibly getting removed from Google Shopping, which most of our sales come from.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
