Not seeing published products

I published 12 new products some hours ago, updated my booth, but I still can’t see the products anywhere in my store. Is the website being glitchy?

Those 151 products do not include the 12 that I mentioned in the original message.

I’m seeing 151 products in your booth. Looks like the “rocker shirt” with the two X’s is the most recent. Was that one of the new items you added?

No. The one with the 2 x’s was posted later, and the 12 products that I was talking about are still not visible. I tried changing categories and they’re still not visible. I emailed Bonanza, but suddenly they’re talking a lot longer to answer.

When you are in the “add or edit items” screen, see if you have anything in the “items ready to post” or “incomplete items” list? Maybe they ended up there… if so, you can go in and set them to showing for sale in your booth. Hope that’s it, but if not hopefully you’ll hear back from Bonanza!

Thanks for trying to help. But no, they’re all in the “items for sale” section. I’m starting to wonder if I’ll hear back from Bonanza since, apparently they had time to delete a topic I started with another issue I encountered, but didn’t have time to answer my email and fix the problem.

If an item has been recently added to your booth, YOU will be able to see it immediately (and so will anyone going to your booth). However, it takes some time (2 to 12 hours usually) for that item to be indexed into Bonanza’s search engine. So searching for it will be unyielding of results.

I know this. The problem is that my 12 items are not visible anywhere in my booth. I even tried changing categories a few hours later to see if anything changes. It didn’t.

Have you checked different status settings in Batch Editor? Filter for “Incomplete”, “Reserved”, “Suppressed” or other statuses to see what might be causing the missing items.

The only status I have in Batch Editor is “for sale”.
