I recently started business here and our visa is ending soon & we are going back to our country..can anyone suggest me if i can do business from my home country legally.. And do anyone know the information about this…please do help me…

You could ship from anywhere , but if you want to be USA based but still have to leave to your country I would suggest trying a fulfillment center . This route all you would have to do is setup shipping from your supplier to them and collect your money as they fulfill your orders. There is no need for a LLC , possibly could file for a fictitious name but that’s about it for now .
