I listed a total of 4 computers for sale online, all the same model Acer Aspire R7, well I listed 4 on amazon about 2 weeks ago and yesterday they all sold well recently I also listed one on bonanza in hopes to sell them faster, well I mistakenly did not update the quantity on amazon to 3 seeing that I listed one on bonanza, well after realizing all 4 sold on my amazon account I went to bonanza to cancel the listing only to find out it to had just sold, well my question is can I refund the buyer back his money without hurting my performance or feedback?

Email the customer
Refund the money through paypal, request a return on the fees from the fees owed page, make sure you have the cancellation number from paypal
As to hurting your performance or feedback, it should not effect either..

Send the refund then forward the refund information to bonanza so your fee reversal request can be successful. Submit as much info as possible to bonanza, if you don’t you will. Be stuck with the FVF

The only way I see it is to achieve an agreement with a customer to his satisfaction. A coupon might help.

The item is “Out of stock”. Just cancel the sale ask for your fees back, apologize to the would- be buyer and that should be the end.
