Can anyone assist me in identifying this mark? It is on a chocolate pot and cups which look so much like Nippon but I cannot find this mark anywhere in my usual sources.

I have seen this mark in the last 48 hours. Off the top of my head i want to say European. Let me put the hamster on the wheel and i will get back to you when the wheel spins fast enough to trigger an epiphany.

It looks a little like Villeroy & Boch’s mark, minus the actual name. Good luck!

It does look similar to what “lovelylittle things” said. It’s hard to make out detail from your picture.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
