My seller account and booth disappeared

i opened a seller acct in Mar, added quite a few pictures for my books, did the descriptions, etc but didn’t make the shop live as I wanted to add all products first. Then had to go back to work and didn’t have time to work on the booth until today – and my seller acct and booth are gone! what is going on – I don’t have time to start all over

Maybe the following information from the Bonanza Help Center will be of use to you. I can’t imagine they would close your account.

‘If you’ve already set up an account and are returning to complete booth setup, point your mouse over the “Selling” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and select “Add or edit items” from the drop-down and click the green button to “Open your Booth.”’

If this doesn’t help you should contact Bonanza support.

Did you click the green button to update your booth?

You might also sign in, click the selling link and select ‘batch edit’ to see if your items are on reserve. If so, go to set status and select ‘for sale’

Hopefully you will hear from Bonanza support today. I know you are frustrated.

I can see that you have a booth that has not been activated when I click on your booth name.

@abigdogmom… I think mm97 is the poster’s buying account.

@tomwayne1 That;s what I thought, too. But this message made me think different when clicking on the link under her question ‘You do not have permission to access the booth requested. If this is your own booth and it hasn’t been activated, you must be logged in to view it.’

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
