Looked to me as if I did everything correctly, but obviously I missed something.
A long-time buyer just purchased 4 items and no discount showed up. Of course, I can refund money to her, but how can I fix this for potential buyers, please? Thanks

Hi Carolyn,
When I click on your items, it has if I want to apply a coupon and to click on it.
You do have a 30% coupon that shows in the listings.
[URL removed] Maybe the customer didn’t see that you had to click on the apply coupon?
Try signing out and check your booth.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
